The Doll and the Crane

The afternoon sun was coming in on an office empty except for me. This photograph is of my coworker's decorations above her computer.

Blue Button

My first attempt at making a button hole and then sewing a button on a shirt I made. Cutting a button hole proves to be a bit difficult than how it first looks. I cut through both sides of one of them! But, the final product is something that I'm proud of- it took me almost a whole day to complete but the end result wasn't as bad as first imagined.

This dragonfly let me get within a few inches of him. But, since he was all black, I couldn't get a clear shot with nice details of him but I like how it came out since I was lucky to get that close. :)
